We are so excited to announce that we are now running classes in Heswall, Wirral.
We have two locations, the first is Heswall Squash & Racquets Club (Brimstage Road, near the devon doorway roundabout). The other is at Sheldrakes resturant, Lower Heswall, where we will be running Yoga Brunch club on Monday’s.
The timetable to start is as follows:
Monday 10:15am Yoga Brunch @ Sheldrakes
Wednesday 5:30pm Yoga 101 @ Heswall Squash Club (court 1)
Saturday 11am Beginner’s Yoga @ Heswall Squash Club (court 1)
Sunday 6pm Yin Yoga @ Heswall Squash Club (court 1)
