Beginners Yoga Course:
Our 5 week beginners course is the perfect opportunity to find out more about yoga. During the course we will introduce you to the basic standing and seated poses with an emphasis on understanding how your body works, what limits you and how to progress safely.

We encourage you to go beyond what a pose looks like, to look within, to notice what it feels like for you. The aesthetics of the pose are not important. We will also introduce you to meditation and breathing practice.

Whether you are looking to ease general aches and pains, wanting to be more flexible, get fitter, find coping strategies for dealing with stress and anxiety or just want to try something new then this course is just right for you.

Beginners Aerial Yoga Course:
This course is designed to get YOU comfortable and confident in the hammocks. We will guide you right the way through from how to safely get in and out of the silks to being able to perform inverted yoga poses and much more 🙏

Aerial Yoga uses a hammock to support, either fully or partially, the weight of the students whilst working on traditional yoga postures. This 5 week course enables students to achieve more advanced yoga postures that can take years to learn as well as experiencing the benefits for the body by hanging upside down which is great for the spine as well as building confidence.

The course is 5 consecutive weeks in our Heswall studio located inside Heswall Squash Club. It’s a £60 investment for 5 week course. Places are very limited as we only have 8 Hammocks!
