Our Bromborough based studio accommodates 15 mats and is heated to a comfortable and manageable 28 degrees. All of our classes are suitable for all levels of ability from our dedicated beginners classes to the more experienced yogi’s. At Yoga Bromborough we pride ourselves on the warm and welcoming experience you will receive each and every class. Come join us for the best hour of the day!.

Our Heswall studio is located inside Heswall squash club. Classes in Heswall are non hot but we promise you that after your session your soul will feel soothed and your body brand new. Heswall is also home to Wirral/s only aerial yoga studio. Free parking and shower facilities are available at both locations. Namaste

Yoga For Everyone!!

Yoga Flow

It’s the perfect combination of movement and an all over deep stretch. Our friendly instructors guide you through each pose adjusting your alignment and posture when necessary to ensure you get the most out of every class. This class is open to all levels.

Yoga 101

Improve your strength, flexibility and balance while experiencing the stress-relieving benefits of yoga! Yoga 101’s is a hatha practice which allows us to hold and enjoy the benfits of the poses for long enough to ensure correct pose and the teacher to make any adjustments required..

Beginners Yoga

New to Yoga? Start here with our dedicated beginners yoga class. Learn the foundational yoga poses and sequences to build the strength and confidence to take your yoga practice deeper.

Booty Camp

Ladies this workout is for all abilities with a focus on getting that booty in shape. The class will be led by one of our fitness experts who will motivate you the whole way through. This is a great class for women to get fit and build confidence with other like minded women!

Yin Yoga

This class involves deep stretching and is a mat based yoga practice where poses are held for a longer period of time to allow participants to explore the poses, find space within the body and move deeper. A gentle class suitable for all.

Core Restore

Help improve diastasis, strengthen your deep core, work on your glutes and help your lower back without doing a single sit up! We focus on bringing awareness to your posture and breathing as well as your core work whether you are in the post natal period or just looking to improve your strength.

Aerial Fit

Aerial Fitness fuses stretching style exercises, fun aerial challenges, strength training, balance and posture work, to help create new brain body connections. This is for those looking for something outside of the normal gym workout to stay fit or for those to use it as a great body conditioning in addition to your weight or cardio workouts. Aerial Fitness allows for the freedom for the different design of body types, personality types and in different levels of fitness

Yoga Plus

This class is the perfect follow on from a beginner class or course. Basic enough to feel comfortable if still new to yoga, yet still challenging enough to see progression.

Aerial Yoga

Also known as Anti Gravity Yoga. Throughout the yoga class, you do various traditional yoga poses or aerial adaptations of traditional poses using the hammock for support. Some of the most basic poses involve simple stretches while seated on the hammock, while other poses progress to hanging upside down and grabbing your thighs, ankles or feet for support and balance.
