RENU Wellness & Hot Yoga is not your average Yoga studio. Not only are we the Wirral’s only dedicated wellness & hot yoga studio but we also try to do a few things different for you guys:
– More than 35 classes per week…. early morning, after school drop off, lunchtime, tea time and evening. Oh and weekends so pretty much all the time 🙂
– Family yoga and kids classes (only studio on the Wirral)
– Hot, Warm and Non-Hot classes
– Hot pilates
– TRX Yoga, no where in the North West runs anything close to thee amazing classes
– Over 7 different experienced and qualified Yoga teachers… Variety is the spice of life!
– Insanity classes daily
– Pregnancy Yoga
– Onsite wellness including massage, facials, beautytek TM, nails, spray tanning
– Unlimited monthly memberships for only £55
– Onsite Juice & Smoothie bar
– Monthly Workshops
