Reiki is a powerful, hands on, energetic practice that helps to heal, restore, and reduce stress and tension in the body and mind. Restorative yoga is a deeply healing and therapeutic practice where all poses are supported by blankets and bolsters to give the body the space to heal in a gentle held space.
Combining the two is a wonderful practice that can help to restore the mind and release the deepest tension and strain in the body. This is a five week course starting Tuesday the 4th of February at 6:15pm in our Wallasey studio.
Come explore your inner space of awareness! This course is based on the Yin & Restorative forms of Yoga. These forms of yoga enable you to move slowly and focus on different poses per class. Both forms of practice calm the mind and nervous system, enable you to turn inward, and focus on the breath.
