What you need to do:

2. Set your intention – write out your personal goals – keep a copy on your fridge and email a copy to hotyogawirral@gmail.com
3. Fill in your diary – maintain a complete food diary during the challenge incl times eating, portion size and all drinks.
4. Take a picture of yourself on day 1
5. Ensure reception staff tick your name on wall chart each day you attend class.
