We would like to take this opportunity to again THANKYOU for your continuing support. We know that we haven’t been able to provide the service that we think you deserve……..and we do think you deserve it.The HotBox has been sent away for urgent repairs but we are still awaiting a date for its return, we do not know whether the fault is permanent and a new one will have to be built, or if it is repairable…..we will keep you updated as to the date we can expect to be running our unique classes in our cocoon of calm again. We have some bad news……but some SUPER EXCITING NEWS also…….so lets start with the bad so we can move quickly towards the positives…… Some classes need to be suspended on the timetable until the hot box is returned, this is due to poor attendance numbers – resulting in us running the classes at a loss. Can we hit you with some good news? Classes still running are: Monday 7.30pm  – Wallasey Wednesday 7.30pm – Wallasey Thursday 7:35pm- Upton Friday 7pm – Upton Sunday 11am – Bromborough ALL BOOTCAMP SESSIONS ARE STILL RUNNING ALSO If you have bought a voucher that has an expiry date on it – please do not worry  – we are extending all expiry dates by 2 months. I think we need it……….we have joined forces with an amazing woman called Anne Marie who is a holistic and wellness goddess………we know you will love her as we do….and so the 2 became 3  – which we feel is more fitting – yoga is a union of 3 things, body, mind and breath – we believe in signs……and so it begins……… WE ARE OPENING A DEDICATED WELLNESS and YOGA CENTRE NOVEMBER 29^TH IN BIRKENHEAD. We will be running warm and hot (when we say hot we mean hot – we are using the latest in infrared heating panel) classes, pilates, yoga, insanity, Armageddon, childrens classes, teen classes, pre school classes, pre and post natal classes – the studio will be open 7 days a week and we will be running early morning, morning, lunchtime, evening sessions. The wellness centre will also offer a wide range of holistic and beauty treatments such as colonic hydrotherapy, reiki healing, hypnotherapy and much more……..full range of treatments to follow.
